Let’s come together to learn how to better take care of ourselves and one another.

I'm thinking about putting on a 2-day Women's Conference/Workshop in the Fall (November).

It would focus on:
- Confidence & empowerment
- Overcoming anxiety, low self-esteem, and feelings of overwhelm
- Stress management
- Hormonal imbalances (the types and how to recognize them) and solutions (of course!)
- Implementing new routines, lifestyle modifications for improving your health/life
- Proven strategies for setting and achieving your goals

It would include conversations on how the brain operates, thought patterns, belief systems, hormones and how to use this knowledge for bettering ourselves.

The format would be interactive - lectures, conversations, Q&A and case-based (if women wish to come up with a supportive audience backing them up).

I lovvvveeeee talking and sharing about all this information. I could make it 7 days but I'll keep it to two!
